ClearPath Health is building patient-facing digital tools and needs a UX Researcher to embed user insight into every release. Responsibilities: - Plan and moderate moderated and unmoderated usability studies - Synthesize research into personas, journey maps, and recommendations - Partner with product and design on experiment design - Maintain a research repository accessible to the whole org Qualifications: - 4+ years in UX research, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries - Experience with Dovetail or similar synthesis tools - Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
